Yes, you read that right. I’m sure you’ve seen all the adverts from your local martial arts clubs banging on about Self Control, Discipline, Respect & blah blah blah…
But nobody ever talks about how martial arts can improve your sex drive and sex life. Libido can make or break not only relationships but people. SO WHY AREN’T WE TALKING ABOUT IT?
Yes, it's common for both men & women to experience a gradual decline in libido beginning in our 50s. Yes, as we age it’s easier to lose muscle mass & gain fat. But you can fight against the statistics by trying martial arts!
